Temple University men's gymnastics head coach Fred Turoff has been named to the 2009 USA Gymnastics World Team Selection Committee. Turoff, who is entering his 34th season at the helm of the Owls' men's gymnastics program, was selected in February to be inducted into the USA Gymnastics Hall of Fame as a member of the class of 2009. He will be enshrined on August 14 at a Hall of Fame luncheon which is part of the USA Gymnastics National Congress and Trade Show in Dallas.
