Tim Conner joined the Temple football staff in February, 2017, as the offensive analyst/operations assistant.

He spent the last two seasons with Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Ala., where he coached running backs and H-backs during his first season before taking over as the Hawks’ receivers coach in 2016. During his first season, the running backs and H-backs played a key role in the Hawks' USA South Athletic Conference championship. Huntingdon's ground game set a program record with 2,936 rushing yards and tied the school record with 33 rushing touchdowns. Two of Conner's backs earned All-Conference honors and five were named Academic All-Conference.

Before Huntingdon, Conner spent the previous two seasons as an assistant coach at Marietta (Ohio) College. He coached receivers and was the assistant recruiting coordinator in 2014 and coached the running backs and fullbacks in 2013.

Before Marietta, Conner spent one season as the running backs and fullbacks coach at Centre College in Danville, Kent. Conner was the quarterbacks coach and passing game coordinator at Tavares (Fla.) High School in the winter and spring of 2012.

A graduate of Maryville in Knoxville, Tenn., Conner played quarterback for the Scots and earned his bachelors degree in physical education. Conner was a team captain as a senior and ranked in the top six in six of Maryville's passing categories when he graduated.
