Freshman Daryl Robinson helped Temple to its fourth MAC win of the season, the first time since 1967 that the Owls have won four conference games, with a 24-14 win over Kent State. The all-purpose athlete led all Owl rushers with a career-high 105 yards on 17 carries, marking the true freshman's first 100-yard rushing performance. He also made a 10-yard reception.

After 11 games, Robinson stands second in rushing with 334 yards on 79 carries. He also has 171 receiving yards on 16 receptions. Robinson has 11 punt returns for 23 yards and 80 yards on six kick returns.
