Freshman Paris Williams made her collegiate debut a memorable one, qualifying for the ECAC Championship in her first event as the Temple women's indoor track team opened its season at the Princeton New Year Invitational on Saturday. Williams won the 500m in a time of 1:14.67 and also ran a leg of the 4x400 relay that won its event (3:55.09).
