Herman Frazier is in his first year as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Sports Administration at Temple University. The Philadelphia native most recently served six years as the Director of Athletics at Hawai'i.

The 53-year-old Frazier began his athletic administration career immediately upon graduation from Arizona State, joining the Sun Devil staff as an assistant director of events and facilities in 1977. His 23 years on the ASU athletic staff would see him move up the ranks, eventually serving as Senior Associate Athletic Director for Business Operations.

Frazier left ASU in 2000 to become the Director of Athletics at the University of Alabama-Birmingham. Frazier was named the Director of Athletics at Hawai'i in 2002 and in his six years at UH, he guided Warrior athletics to unparalleled success with the football team earning a spot in the 2008 Sugar Bowl following an unbeaten regular season.

An eight-time All-American track performer at ASU, Frazier was the leadoff runner for the 1976 Olympic Gold Medal-winning 4x400 relay.
