Conn earns honorable mention All-Conference, Yurkovic named to All-Rookie team
PHILADELPHIA – The Atlantic 10 conference announced today that Temple women's soccer sophomore Niki Conn garnered honorable mention All-Conference honors, and freshman Kate Yurkovic was named to the All-Rookie team.
Conn led the Owls in goals (8) and points (18), while ranking seventh in the conference in points and points per game (.95), and fourth in goals. She was named A-10 Player of the Week after a four-goal weekend in September.
Yurkovic's debut was impressive, tallying three goals and dishing two assists (8 pts.). Her las goal of the year came as the crucial game winner over Saint Louis on Senior Day.
