Save the Date: Ninth Annual Owl Club Auction To Be Held Jan. 28

PHILADELPHIA -The Temple Owl Club is pleased to announce that the Ninth Annual Owl Club Auction, featuring both traditional silent and live bidding, will be held in conjunction with the Temple Men's Basketball game against Saint Joseph's on Saturday, January 28.

The Silent Auction will take place on The Liacouras Center's main concourse beginning at 2:30 p.m. The Live Auction is scheduled to begin approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the game in the Fox-Gitis Room, located just off main lobby of The Liacouras Center. “The Owl club Auction is an incredible opportunity to support our student-athletes in an exciting and interactive manner,” said Temple University Director of Intercollegiate Athletics, Bill Bradshaw. “This year we will feature exclusive Temple experiences, popular local and regional attractions and unrivaled Live Auction items.”

All proceeds of the Auction benefit Temple's Intercollegiate Athletic programs, including more than 565 student-athletes spanning 24 sport programs. The first eight editions of the Owl Club Auction have netted over $400,000 to benefit Temple's student-athletes.

Current Live Auction items are listed below for advance bidding. Please e-mail OwlClub@temple.edu with your maximum bid for interest in any of the items. Bids will be updated at the end of each business day on both TempleOwlClub.com and owlsports.com. Bidding is scheduled to close on Friday, January 27 at 4 p.m. EST. The highest bidder for each item will then be notified and offered two (2) tickets to attend the game and further participate in the Live Auction. Should the highest bidder be unable to attend, he or she will be called on auction day to bid against others in the Live Auction.
