Men's Tennis Dropped by #39 Louisville in Conference Championship Opener, 4-0

MEMPHIS, Tenn. – Temple's men's tennis season came to a close on Friday, April 18, as the sixth-seeded Owls fell 4-0 to third seed Louisville, the #39 team in the country, in the opening round of the 2014 American Athletic Conference Championship. The tournament is being held at the Racquet Club of Memphis.
The Cardinals jumped out to a 1-0 lead with wins at the first and third doubles matches. Louisville did not stop there, rolling to wins at the second, fourth and fifth singles flights. UL defeated Temple in straight sets in each of those matches.
The Owls finished the season at 11-11 overall.
