Women’s Tennis Has Strong Outing at City 6

PHILADELPHIA- Temple women's tennis team performed well at City 6 this past Saturday Oct. 7, as the Owls won their matches 4-1 vs. Villanova and 4-2 vs. Delaware. Due to the rain, Sunday's matches for the City 6 were cancelled and will be moved to this Friday, Oct. 13.

Match Highlights
>In doubles vs. Villanova, Alice Patch and Yana Khon won their match 4-6, 6-3,12-7. In singles vs. Villanova, Alina Abdurahimova won her match 6-3, 4-6, 10-3, Kristina Titova won her match 6-2, 6-4 and and Oyku Boz won her match 6-2, 6-1.
>In doubles vs. Delaware, Abdurahimova and Boz won their two doubles matches 8-2 and 8-3. In singles vs. Delaware, Titova won her match 6-4, 2-6, 10-3 and Cecilia Castelli won her match 6-0, 6-1.
