Owls Race at American Women's Rowing Championships Saturday

PHILADELPHIA -- The Temple women's rowing team is set for the 2017 American Athletic Conference Championships on Saturday, May 13. The Owls will square off against their conference foes in a finals only event at at Nathan Benderson Park in Sarasota, Florida.
Six races will be contested on Saturday, starting with the third varsity four and continuing to the varsity eight event.
Last year, the Owls placed a program-best third overall at the championships, grabbing gold medals in both the third varsity four and third varsity eight races and taking it's first event varsity eight medal (bronze).
