Director of Athletics since 1959, had produced the most successful intercollegiate athletics program in University's history and one of the best in nation. Temple has had each of its 13 teams involved in some sort of championship under him. Extremely active in local and national athletic conferences, has served in many high capacities. Held the office of President of Eastern College Athletic Conference and its wrestling, gymnastics and basketball leagues. Has been Assistant Executive Director of Middle Atlantic Conference and Vice President and Member of Executive Council of National Collegiate Athletic Association.
