Competed in gymnastics from 1941 to 1943 under Max Younger; played soccer in 1942 under Pete Leaness. Temple gymnastics coach for 12 years. His 1967-68 team won Eastern Intercollegiate Gymnastics League title and finished fourth in NCAA championships. Named Gymnastics Coach of the Year for 1968 by fellow coaches. Judged Olympic gymnastics tryouts in 1956 and 1960. President of National Association of College Gymnastics Coaches in 1968. Assistant professor of Health, Physical Education and Recreation at Temple.
