FELSMERE, FL - The Temple men's crew team opened their season in Felsmere, Florida on Saturday, March 10 at the Keuper Cup Regatta. The Owls had a successful day by finishing 2nd or better in four races.

The Varsity 4 finished 1st and consists of Thomas Goldner (coxswain), Thomas Haubrich (stroke), Robert Protesto (3), Dante Cammarata (2) and James Harding (bow). The Varsity 4 "B" also finished 1st and consists of Michael Berger (coxswain), Bill Gennaro (stroke), Timothy Malloy (3), Cyrus Haines (2) and Matt Hanlin (bow).

The Varsity 8 "B" finished 1st and is comprised of Goldner (coxswain), Sam Cunningham (stroke), Malloy (7), Brendan Uhll (6), Eric Alexander (5), Gennaro (4), Hanlin (3), Haines (2), and Joseph Welsh (bow).

Rounding out the day was the Varsity 8 which finished 2nd behind Florida Tech and is comprised of Rory Roberts (coxswain), Cammarata (stroke), Harding (7), Peter Gostling (6), Don Powers (5), Haubrich (4), Protesto (3), Chris Bushek (2) and Chris Schwartz (bow).

The Owls return to the water in Philadelphia on Saturday, March 24 for the Murphy Cup Regatta.
