BOCA RATON, FL - The Temple men's tennis team started off their Florida trip on the right foot, sweeping St. Thomas, 6-0, on Tuesday. The Owls improve their record to 6-5.

In singles play, the Owls swept all matches in straight sets. Posting wins for Temple, in order, were Nathan Spunda, Daniel Davis, Zach Tobias, Pavlos Stephanides, Gonzalo De Villa and Aymeric de Conde.

No doubles matches were played.

The Owls remain in Florida to take on Lynn University on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m.
