PHILADELPHIA - The Temple University men's tennis team blanked La Salle, 4-0, Wednesday afternoon at the TU Pavilion. All matches were decided in straight sets, as the Owls evened their record to 7-7 on the season. Temple now holds a 2-2 record against Atlantic 10 competition.

At first singles, sophomore Nathan Spunda defeated Ross Flockerzie, 6-0, 6-1. The victory marks Spunda's tenth on the season at the first singles spot.

Junior Zach Tobias blanked Scott Karwowski, 6-0, 6-0, at second singles. Freshmen Pavlos Stephanides and Gonzalo De Villa were victorious at the third and fourth spots, respectively.

The Owls (7-7) take on the Villanova Wildcats tomorrow, March 22nd, at the TU Pavilion (2:30 p.m.).
