Indoor 2007-2008: Finished sixth at the Delaware Invitational at 53-8 ¼ in the weight throw... Set a new personal best in the weight throw at 54-11 ½ with a first place finish at the Bucknell Winter Classic... Took sixth at A-10s in the weight throw at 53-1 and ninth in the shot put at 42-2.

2007 Outdoor: Finished sixth at A-10s in the hammer throw with a distance of 155-0...Had a season-best 39-2 throw in the shot put at the Monmouth Invitational...Threw a season-best 156-0 in the hammer throw at the TCNJ Invitational.

2006-07 Indoor: Finished ninth at A-10s in both the shot put and hammer throw, with distances of 39-3 and 42-6, respectively...Runner-up in the shot put at the Great Dane Classic with a throw of 42-3.

High School: Team captain...All-Broward County selection...Also earned four letters in football and two in weight lifting.
