2007-08: Finished her sophomore season with a 27-10 regular season record....In postseason action, Howell finished 9th in the NCAA Championships and was named honorable mention All-American, making her the first epee All-American in Temple history. Howell also finished second while competing at the Women's Under 20-epee event at the US Fencing Junior Olympics....Howell began her sophomore season with a third place finish in the women's epee event at the Temple Open....In regular season dual-meet competition, Howell recorded winning records at the Philadelphia Invitational (6-1), Penn State Invitational(3-1), Northwestern Invitational (17-4) and Duke Multi-Meet (5-4)....Honored as the Female Athlete of the Year at the annual Temple University Breakfast of Champions.
