Temple head women's soccer coach David Jones has announced that Sara Hatton (Sicklerville, N.J./Timber Creek), Jackie Krostek (Mendham, N.J./West Morris Mendham), Kate Yurkovic (Harrisburg, Pa./Central Dauphin), Brittany Wollner (Downingtown, Pa./Downingtown) and Gillian Kacsuta (Pittsburgh, Pa./Schenley) have all signed on to play at Temple for the 2009 season.

The Women's Soccer team ended their season in thrilling fashion on Sunday against George Washington. Senior Charisma Wright scored unassisted in overtime to life the Owls past George Washington, 2-1. The Owls were victorious 1-0 in Friday's contest with Richmond at Ambler Sports Complex. Senior defender Cori Gallagher scored the game winner unassisted on a free kick midway through the second half to secure the Owls first A-10 win of the season.
