PHILADELPHIA - The Temple women's tennis team was fell to city-rival Penn, as the Quakers topped the Owls 6-1 on Saturday afternoon. Freshmen Lucie Pazderova continued her impressive start for the Cherry and White as she was the only singles winner on the day for Temple, topping Penn's Maria Anisimova; 6-4, 6-2 in #3 singles. The Quakers swept all three doubles matches to and won five of six singles matches for the victory. The Owls (0-2) are back in action on Saturday when they open their home campaign against Binghamton from the Arthur Ashe Tennis Center.
