Katherine Hopkins returns as to the Owl staff as an assistant coach/Director of Volleyball Operations after spending the last two years as a graduate assistant.

A three-member of the combined Pomona-Pitzer volleyball squad, Hopkins was a two-time All-Southern California Intercollegiate Conference (SCIAC) selection. She also garnered Honorable Mention All-Regional honors for her outstanding play at the outside hitter position. Twice named the Hens' team Most Valuable Player, Hopkins was voted to the Whittier College Tournament's All-Tournament team and the Amherst Tournament's MVP.

Hopkins graduated from Pitzer, located in Claremont, California in 2005 with a dual degree in psychology and art. She is currently pursuing her master's degree in Sport Management.
