Lincroft, N.J. - Freshmen Karrie Finn was once again the top finisher for the women's cross country team, taking home 14th place with a time of 15:43 to lead the Cherry and White at the Monmouth Invitational on Saturday. As a team, the Owls finished in 4th place out of six teams with a score of 118. Albany took home first place with a score of 30, followed by Monmouth (33), Wagner (108), Temple, Long Island (152) and Drew (175). Finishing in the top 30 for the Cherry and White were sophomores Rebecca Mims (20th/16:22), Jen Berman (24th/16:37) and Briana Linneman (26th/16:45). The Owls return to action on Friday, September 19th when they return to the Jersey Shore to participate in the Monmouth Invitational from Holmdel N.J.
